Travel gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Cards may be used until value reaches zero. Cards are reloadable. There are no refunds or credits for unused portions. Doug Fox Travel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or unauthorized card use. After a period of inactivity, card value may decrease in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Card balance may be checked at any time at www.tendercard.net. Gift cards may only be used for prepaid travel packages. This includes airline tickets, cruises and vacation packages purchased through an endorsed Doug Fox Travel provider. Gift cards may not be used for hotel-only or rental car-only bookings. Gift cards may also be used toward payment of applicable service fees. Gift cards may be redeemed at any USTravel or Doug Fox Travel location only. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient, not Doug Fox Travel. Only original gift cards will be honored. Original gift cards must be presented at time of payment. No copies or substitutes will be accepted.

Please advise your travel consultant that you are redeeming your travel gift card. The original travel gift card must be presented to Doug Fox Travel at the time of booking. For best pricing and availability, please book your travel as far in advance as possible.
